Oak Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 – 14.2% vol.
This dark ruby red wine has an elegant fresh fruity flavour with hints of pomegranate, cranberry and vanilla and a fine aroma with notes of black berries, cherry and hints of black pepper, coffee, dark chocolate, Lapsang Souchong tea and aromatic woods.
Matured in French Oak it’s well balanced and very smooth with delicate tannins. Works great with savoury pasta dishes, pizza, roasts, red meat or a cheese board.
Serve at 16 to 18°C
