Prosecco DOC Frizzante NV, Paladin Screw Cap 75cl, 10.5% Alc.
This Prosecco is sealed with a Screw Cap sealing flavours in perfectly.
This wine is harvested at night when the grapes are just perfect to lock in the delicate flavours and aromas that make it special. Gently pressing without oxygen and careful cool fermentation at 14°C for 10 days and resting the wine on the yeasts for 3 months makes it perfect.
Colour: Light straw yellow, with fine bubbles.
Bouquet: Intense fresh floral aroma reminiscent of acacia blossoms and hints of wisteria and fresh white peaches.
Taste: Refreshing light and lively, with fine apple and white peach flavours - very morish.
Food pairing: Great on its own or as an aperitif and excellent with lobster or other crustaceans, fruits, delicate starters and many Mediterranean dishes.
Great aperitif for any occasion.
Serving temperature: 6-8° C.
